Instructions

Make a request

The product must be unused.

1. Pack the product

Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. You can keep LIL Ring Sizer and LP.

Ship the product(s) in the original box with all the original paperwork.

2. Add the prepaid label

Secure the prepaid shipping label you received via email after you made the request to the carton. Please make sure that the address to which it will be shipped is clearly legible. Before sending the return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country.

3. Ship and track

Drop the package at the closest UPS Access Point or book a pick up (Italy only) following the instruction received via email with the return label. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return in order to monitor delivery status.
